These are the days that live long in the memory…

If you don’t know Murray’s YouTube channel, Scotland’s Mountains, he posts a video hike every week in some gorgeous areas of his country. And I love the Scottish turns of phrase.
To know my age, you need Carbon 14!
― Merlí. Sapere Aude
This series is currently streaming on Netflix. This was the answer one of the older characters gave when asked her age.
Want to be a good cook?
― Trish Leach
Feed hungry people.
Mark and Trish run a YouTube channel focused on RV camping called Keep Your Daydream. They are rather clever people who are highly skilled in marketing and using the YouTube platform to make lots of connections that make them lots of money.
Broken crayons can still color.
― Karamo’s grandma on Queer Eye
Sometimes I get tired of the formulaic approach Queer Eye, currently streaming on Netflix, takes. But season six, in Austin, Texas, has been a bit more interesting. Yet, every time I have visited Texas, the people themselves have been incredibly kind and warm. How is there such a disconnect with their elected officials who are nothing but hateful and selfish?
