A couple of weeks ago I was in a drug store and passed a shelf that had, of all things, Easter candy on sale. I would have thought that stuff was all gone by now. But, to my utter delight, they had Russell Stover’s chocolate Easter bunnies (solid chocolate) on sale for 90% off. Yes, you read that right: 90% off.
Fearing the Easter bunnies were stale or tasted horrid, I bought just one. It was divine! And, did I mention it was solid chocolate, no hollow bunny-wanna-be here! I went back and bought the remaining 4 bunny rabbits.
29¢ each. I still laugh about the price. It’s like stepping back into the 1950’s!
