It’s taken me a long time to do the research, write the articles, and then shoot the videos. But I’m unveiling them today.
This is very important information for my colleagues around the world. If you are an educator, you need to know this. You need to take action!
For my colleagues in Georgia: The expectation at this time is that Betsy DeVos will get enough votes. But I hear that key Republican senators (Johnny Isakson is one of them) are on the fence as to whether or not to confirm Betsy DeVos as Secretary of Education. Johnny needs to hear from you as does David Perdue. The vote will take place on Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at 10:00am. There phone numbers are at this link.
Learn the history of DeVos and her educational agenda if you don’t know it. I have little doubt that if she is not stopped, she will replicate the debacle she created in Michigan for the whole nation! That can never happen!
The short article:
¡Call To Action! Betsy DeVos
For a detailed (and rather lengthy) case against Betsy DeVos heading the US DOE, you can read my post: Pence, DeVos, and Prince–Oh My! This post is the broad stroke, 100,000 foot, super short overview and contains no details at all or citations. Want the nitty gritty?

This post is very detailed. It contains a great deal of heavily referenced information. I walk you through a lot of important facts. If you don’t need the details about why we should not support Betsy DeVos, you can simply read my ultra short: ¡Call to Action! post.

I hope educators around the nation will give this the concern it deserves.
