Every weekend I have scrambled eggs with feta cheese. The last time I shopped at Mollie Stone‘s grocery store, I bought feta cheese crumbles from Organic Creamery. A genuinely creamy, full-bodied flavor–absolutely heavenly! Without doubt, this is the best feta cheese I’ve ever tasted! It’s not the least expensive feta cheese at the grocery store, but when you cook with it, you learn that it isn’t bloated with water like every other feta cheese I’ve ever had!
