I just love fog horns! And because the house is rather close to the Golden Gate bridge, which has a fog horn in the center of it and one on the south end, I can frequently hear the fog horns sound.
A couple of weeks ago I drove to Fort Baker early one morning to use my iPhone to record the sound of the fog horns. Someday I’ll make a stereo recording. But here is the sound of morning rush hour, the happy little birds, and the two fog horns blasting away. (Click below to play.)
