For $35 a month, you can have Fancy Hands’ personal assistants do 15 tasks. They do not change by the hour. You don’t pay to sign up, and there is no cancelation fee. So they are basically getting paid just over $2.00 to perform a single task. They claim this is a list of their most commonly requested tasks.
This could perhaps be an interesting research assistant, but I don’t see any way to control for the quality of the results you get.
