McCain.jpgIf it's true, the dude is out of touch with today's (virtual) reality!

In a daring bid to wrench attention from his Democratic rival in the 2008 presidential race, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) today embarked on an historic first-ever visit to the Internet.

You realize, of course, that the Borowitz Report is a humor site.

(Not that it makes McCain any less of a fool, but still.)

Cheap and dirty, yes. But just too fun to pass up. :o)

And the picture... Well, it speaks for itself. I am concerned though that the media has not widely reported on McCain's apparently frequent memory lapses and major fact blunders. I respect the wisdom of age until. But not being able to remember important information is a serious concern when running a nation.

Change Congress

I believe we need to return government to "of the people, by the people, and for the people"—not a radically new idea, really.

I invite you to explore Larry Lessig's Change Congress initiative.
