I have to apologize to all of my new visitors (from the conference). I shut off comments to my blog a couple of weeks ago as my server space and bandwidth were being gobbled up with advertising SPAMmers even with all of the efforts I've used to prevent them. When I can find the time, I plan to upgrade to MT 3.x which has much better SPAM control. Comments will then open up again.
