Serenity Expedition Now in Progress…
What’s the best thing to do when you’re totally stressed out? Exactly! Go shoot something. And that’s exactly what I did!
The fog was crazy; so, I grabbed my new Canon 5D Mark IV and headed for the hills—literally. I’m still very much learning the nature of this camera.
As I’ve mentioned before, I’m in shock over it’s low light capability. All of the photos below were shot in available light and handheld—no tripod. It’s just insane!
I tried a variety of adjustments to the camera settings while shooting to see how each would impact the photo.
The next time the fog is this active, I must shoot a time lapse!
The number of photographers out on a Monday tonight was shocking! This photo only shows a small fraction of them. Not a good shot because everyone was moving around, and, hello, it was dark. I just wanted to provide a glimpse into what was going on behind the cameras. Maybe everyone lost their serenity? I mean, the city has been marching in the streets.
Oh, and did I mention these well all just handheld shots?! Handheld!!
Oh, and remember, these are highly compressed, low quality jpg images.
