Back in 2003 I took a trip abroad that I thought would be the only trip of its kind in my life, a trip of a lifetime, never imagining that over the next 8 years I would hit the million mile mark. I just had to apply for a new passport. The new passport contains some kind of chip technology. God only knows what the government is doing. Below is a scan of some of the pages from my old passport.
The world is a big, beautiful place, and I’ve hardly scratched the surface of it. If you haven’t checked out my photos, I encourage you to do so. The links are at the top. I need to bring my photo albums all up to date!
But I now detest traveling with all of the inconveniences of “security,” pat downs, nude scans, and over-sold, overly cramped flights–airlines that try to rob you blind with hidden fees and refuse to give you miles that they clearly advertised you would get! God, I truly hate it!
I guess I’m just getting old!
